Todd Powell's passion for photography began as he watched his first print develop in the orange glow of the darkroom in 6th grade.  It continued to grow through high school, as he earned a degree in professional photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Photographing a multitude of places, scenes and people as his career evolved, his life has been centered around image making.  He moved to the Colorado Rocky Mountains in 1986 to follow his dream of photographing adventure sports and travel. His magazine and advertising work have been published widely around the world.
In 2001, he began to exhibit personal images from his lifetime collection of images. Today, his fine art prints are found in hotels, healthcare facilities, offices and private homes around the country. | www.toddpowell.com
